Tom McShane Session!

So here it is, the last of the Tom McShane session tracks.  This week, it’s a Tom McShane original - “Promise Me” is the digital only B-Side to the upcoming split 7″ vinyl.  The version available here is an exclusive BBC session track, recorded a month or so ago.

Of course, you’ll be able to download the studio versions of “Fighter” and “Promise Me” immediately if you Pre-Order the 7″ from PennyDistribution.com.  You’ll also get digital versions of two Escape Act tracks (the flipside of the 7″), and you can hear more of them over at http://www.myspace.com/escapeact.

We’re very excited to announce that Tom McShane’s new single “Fighter” will be release on limited edition 7 inch vinyl on 23rd June. It’s available for pre-order from today over at http://www.tommcshane.co.uk

You can listen to “Fighter” and “Promise Me” on Tom’s myspace page.

It’s being released through Penny Distribution and it’s a split double A side single with “God Says” by Escape Act on the flipside.

The single costs £3.50 including P&P for sales within the UK and Ireland and £4.50 for the rest of world.

If you order now you can download a zip file containing digital copies of “Fighter” & “God Says” as well as two free studio tracks, “Promise Me” by Tom McShane and “Everyone Got Shot” by Escape Act. The vinyl single will be posted to you on 23rd June.

Tom McShane @ Cathedral Quarter Arts Festival

Tom has just confirmed a date at Belfast’s Cathedral Quarter Arts Festival. He’ll be performing tomorrow evening (6th May 2008) at the Northern Visions Television studios on Donegall Street along side And So I Watch You From Afar and Pixie Saytar. The performance will be recorded for future broadcast

Overview to play SF’s Great American

Penny Distribution artist, Overview, is set to play as part of a stellar lineup at San Francisco’s fabled Great American Music Hall.

Built for the Sea, 100 Days and Silian Rail fill out the bill at the May 17th show.

It’s a release party for Vol. 2 of the Rose Hill Collective’s compilation series. Rose Hill Collective is a collaboration of Bay Area bands working together to grow the scene as a whole.
